The GreenBeam Robot is the autonomous, AI-powered core of the GreenBeam System. It patrols the defined lawn, evaluates every plant it encounters, and delivers precision-light treatment only to confirmed target weeds. Eleven integrated capabilities make that possible.
AI VISION
The lawn becomes information.
GreenBeam's onboard camera continuously examines the plants it passes. Every frame is processed in real time to determine what is growing.
PLANT RECOGNITION
Weed or not. GreenBeam decides.
Onboard AI evaluates each plant against trained weed profiles. If a plant is not identified as a target weed, GreenBeam moves on without treatment.
PRECISION TARGETING
One weed. One treatment.
When a target weed is confirmed, GreenBeam directs precision light at the plant's growth point — not the surrounding lawn.
ONBOARD COMPUTING
AI onboard. No cloud required.
GreenBeam uses an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano for all AI inference. Every recognition decision happens on the robot, in the field.
RTK POSITIONING
Centimeter-level location awareness.
Real-Time Kinematic positioning allows GreenBeam to maintain precise position across the lawn for systematic, repeatable coverage.
LiDAR

LiDAR gives GreenBeam spatial awareness in motion — detecting obstacles and adjusting path before contact.
VIRTUAL BOUNDARIES
No buried wire. Just a digital perimeter.
Operating boundaries are defined digitally in the GreenBeam App. No perimeter wire needs to be installed in the lawn.
ALL-WHEEL DRIVE
Power at every wheel.
All-wheel drive gives GreenBeam reliable traction across grass, slopes and the uneven terrain found in real residential yards.
IN-WHEEL MOTORS
Drive integrated at the wheel.
In-wheel motors eliminate the complexity of a central drivetrain, delivering independent power and responsive control to each wheel.
RAIN SENSING
Outdoor intelligence includes the weather.
GreenBeam senses rain onset and immediately pauses its mission, returning to the Garage to dock and recharge until conditions improve.
AUTO DOCK
Return. Recharge. Resume.
GreenBeam returns to the Garage automatically at mission end, low battery, or rain detection — docking and recharging without user intervention.

The GreenBeam Garage is where GreenBeam docks, recharges and waits for its next mission. It provides two independent charging paths and protects the robot from the elements.

GreenBeam locates and enters the Garage autonomously — no manual repositioning required after each mission.
SOLAR
The sun charges the system.
Solar panels integrated into the Garage roof feed the charging system. GreenBeam can recharge during daylight hours between missions.
STANDARD POWER
Outlet-ready.
The GreenBeam Garage also connects to a standard electrical outlet — for properties where solar is not the primary charging option.
PROTECTION
Shelter between missions.
The Garage protects GreenBeam from weather and provides a defined, permanent home base on the property.
